He is Graduate in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (BUET- Bangladesh), Post Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering (HIT – China), Doctoral ( KUT-Japan) with experience in different fields of activity. SALES DEPARTMENT The sales department is headed by a highly experience General Manger who has under his control a number of Sales Executive and salesman. The sales Department is responsible to promote the sales of the equipment, we represent. PARTS DEPARTMENT. This department is headed by General manager and experience in Mechanical equipment and is assisted by experienced parts sales representatives. The general manager is responsible for generating parts business and also for ensuring quick supply of parts to the customers. SERVICE DEPARTMENT Service department is responsible to offer services to the customers. To run this department , we have service Manager with wide experience in equipment , well trained service engineer and field mechanics. This department has the responsibility for arranging delivery of the new machines to the buyers, periodical inspection , recommending preventive maintenance procedures and also for training the operators for proper operation of the machine. They also attend to repair of the machine. FINANCE DEPARTMENT The Department is headed by an Accounts & Finance Manager. He is assisted by the junior account staff. ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT This department is headed by Administrative Manager who is assisted by junior administrative staff. TRAINING DEPARTMENT The training department is responsible to train the service Engineer so that they are capable to maintain our product.
